Recombinant type III humanized collagen (Rhc III) is a protein identical to the corresponding part of the amino acid sequence of natural type III collagen obtained by optimized modification and recombinant expression of human type III collagen gene sequence as a template using genetic engineering technology, with high biological activity and biocompatibility, and good water solubility. The study showed that Rhc-III could promote the healing of the whole wound and the neovascularization of blood vessels, and promote the orderly arrangement of collagen fibers of the newborn dermal tissue, which has the function of repairing the skin trauma and improving the quality of wound healing.
