This emulsifier stabilizes challenging W/O emulsions and it creates elegant, high-end emulsions. It works in cold and warm processes. It can reach any viscosity between a milk and a butter. With NEOCARE P3R it is possible to easily incorporate 65% to 85% of water in oil. On top of that, there are no compatibility limitations in choosing the oils.
